User Testing & Usability Report

A user test script was written to direct a user through a few tasks on my furniture store and food ordering apps. The user was informed that there are no wrong actions and that we are just trying to see whether the app works as intended. I suggested they try to think out loud as they go along. I recorded these tests on screen through Zoom and submitted the recordings.
